Cheers! I’m kicking off this website, and getting down and dirty with sharing some information that may make your life more flexible, relaxed, and balanced.
If you don’t know me already, here’s a quick little intro. I’m Hollie, a Registered Massage Therapist. I also offer Cupping Therapy, taping, and some detailed Homecare Plans.
BUT, here’s some personal information. I love to run, do yoga, read (non-stop… like every damn day), and drink coffee while I get stuff done at 5 am. I have two kiddos who keep me on my toes, and a husband who motivates me to stay on my toes. If you know me, you probably know I’m extremely energetic… and I like my life to be lived in that state. HIGH ENERGY. But, with saying that balance is the key to developing that high energy lifestyle. So over time I will be slowly introducing you to different ways to stay balanced!
